My widow mother works in a public sector. She is doing the job of my father on compassionate ground after my father's demise. She is getting pension aswell as salary. I have two sisters and they are married. I am also married and  i have on child.The problem is  my mother giving away most of the financial benifits to my sister and neglecting me. Can you please advice what is my share. I am a christian in religion.

what your mother does with her pension and salary is her business she can do or give to whom so ever she wishes u cannot object to it.
The only place u can have a share is on ancestral property, if there is any u can stake a claim there.

If its your wife who is brainwashing you and instigating you into such a thought, guess you need to explain her that she married you and not your mom for her to look forward to your mothers finances.

Pathetic person! Are you not capable enough to work byyourself and feedyourself. At this age you should be taking care of your mother. Shameless person. i cannot believe educated people can behave this way. Where is this world taking people for the sake of money. I pity the old lady. Goodness.
