Clients become Dumb because -

1. As a normal Indian Citizen we choose to ignore the basics of the Constitution & Laws, none want to even know what is lawfull and basic rights. Reason is simple because we try to keep ourselves as far as possible away from the Law Makers, Enforcers & Protectors because we simply do not trust them and scared of them especially due to their laxity and curroption by means of money & power and also knowing that there is nothing called justice becuase one would need to climb up'n down the courts steps for 2-3 lifetimes to claim justice which all the 3 categories mention above enjoy the sadistic pleasures, so we simply would want to stay away from the Whites, Blacks & Khakis.

2. Even if there is a months time before a hearing 90% of the Lawyers draft their drafts on their whims earliest only on the eve of the hearing or the morning where the client has not had enough time to process the contents so the client would stand Dumb in the hall.

3. As clients who may be teachers moulding a future, doctors doing the most complicated surguries, engineer developing the most complicated system, scientist researching the most complex or even a IT Techi designing the most complicated logice; we all choose to think that Laws are rocket/nuclear science when it actually is simple common justice blended with common sense and language. But our Lawyers frighten us so bad that we begin to think its so complicated and get a feel how dumb we are.

How many of us actually realise its in the best of the Lawyers interests that we as clients do not encroach their territory because we could probably out perform them encouraged by Judges because they would not be able to process and deal with the creative & out of the box methods we could come up with. Do we realise if really interested we could get ourselves educated just by googling? Do we know we do not need to actually learn and represent ourselves as Party-in-Person and fight for our justice better and do not need a Lawyer?

Pakya sir..LLB is just a BA-LLB rt? For a simple eg. what are you a BE or a BSc or a BCom or MBBS or BA Lit/His/Psy...guess having got into & through these how does it make you any lesser than those LLBs?

Am not trying to degrade those Lawyers here who chose Law as a profession to be able to protect Law and fight for Justice but these kind are just about 5-10% max, and I salute them and rspect them, its just because of people like these that our country's law'n order still exists.

Of the remaining got in either because they wanted to do something part-time along with persueing their careers in Politics (which is a small %age) the rest are the highest %age are those who got in because they were not elligible to get in anywhere else!

It depends on what state you're getting married in. In most states you will both need ID to get a marriage license. Then, in every state except Nevada and New Jersey, there's at least a 2 day waiting period (many states have a 3 day wait). You have to have two witnesses in most states. These two people could be complete strangers, but they must also show ID (the day of the wedding). Getting married in the courthouse isn't usually free. There is usually a minimal charge.
