I had a small query : if I take a check in my own name (savings account) from a customer, as the executive representative of the partnership company, while the other partner has no objections about it whatsoever, is there anything wrong or objectionable in that (by the customer or otherwise, procedurally)? - the payment is anyway by check which is accountable... please let me know this if you have confirmed info about this....its quite urgent...
