Dear Sir,
Hi I am from Bangalore and from a well to do family . All was not well between me and my with my wife and about 3 months ago she left to her parental home at Noida along with my 19 month old kid. About a week ago she called up and informed me that she is going to teach me a proper lesson and she and her family members are planning to file a false Sec 498A and other cases against me and my family members if I do not heed to her demands and lead life in accordance to her wishes. I do not have the telephonic recording of the said conversation. I would now like to protect the honor and integrity of my family members and hence would like to know if I can get a anticipatory bail for my family members and myself given that she has still not filed any case under sec 498A until this time. If so what should be procedure and how should the matter be approached ? Your reply in this regard is highly anticipated. Thank you. regards. |
